Sign this before the show starts.

This Release is given by the undersigned participant (the "Participant", "I" or "me") in favour of Deeshuumm Ventures Private Limited (the "Producer"), its host Mr. Vikas Kush Sharma (the "Host") and the venue Guftagu Comedy Club, Gurugram, Haryana (the "Venue"), together with their respective agents, employees, officers, licensees, sponsors, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), in consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in the live comedy programme "Bin Bole Bol" (the "Show"). I agree as follows:

1. Consent to record

I consent to being filmed, video-recorded, audio-recorded and photographed by the Producer during the Show, including while on stage as a participant.

2. Grant of rights

I grant the Released Parties a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable right to use, edit, alter, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, stream, monetise and commercially exploit the resulting footage and photographs, and my name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, performance and biographical details contained in them, in any and all media now known or later devised, including television, OTT / streaming, the internet, social media (including short-form / vertical "Reels" clips) and paid advertising and promotion.

3. No approval rights

I waive any right to inspect or approve the footage, photographs or any finished material, or the use to which it is put.

4. No compensation

I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any payment, royalty or compensation for this consent or for any use of the material, except any game prize money that may be awarded to a winner under the Show's rules.

5. Performer's & personality rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I assign and licence to the Producer all performer's rights in my performance, consent under Section 38A of the Copyright Act, 1957 to its incorporation in the recording, waive any right to royalty for its commercial use, and agree not to object — including under Section 38B — to any editing, cutting, modification or comedic re-use of my performance. I assign and/or waive, to the extent permissible in law, my personality and publicity rights in the material.

6. Comedic portrayal

I understand the Show is a comedy programme and that my appearance and performance may be edited and depicted in a humorous, exaggerated, unflattering or embarrassing manner. I voluntarily and knowingly consent to this and release the Released Parties from any claim for defamation, invasion of privacy, emotional distress, false light or portrayal arising from such use.

7. Participation & assumption of risk

I am attending the Show as a participant in a game show, voluntarily and of my own free will, and I understand that this is the basis on which I am admitted. I understand and agree that the Host may select any member of the audience — including me — at any point during the Show, without warning, to come on stage and take part, and by signing this Release I volunteer in advance to do so when called. I understand the games and forfeits involve light, family-safe activities, and I voluntarily assume the ordinary inherent risks of taking part. I confirm that no one has compelled me to attend or to sign this Release, and that I will inform the Host or floor staff of any medical condition or reason that makes a particular task unsafe for me.

8. Age & capacity

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and competent to sign this Release.

9. Confidentiality

I will not myself record, broadcast or commercially exploit the Show's format, content or other participants without the Producer's prior written permission.

10. Electronic signature

I am signing this Release electronically. Under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, I agree that this electronic record and the signature I have drawn are valid, binding and enforceable, and that the record retained by the Producer — including my reference number, the timestamp and the technical details of this submission — is evidence of my agreement.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

This Release is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

I have read and understood this Release and I sign it voluntarily.
